Népszava reports that popular Hungarian torrent site nCore has banned the upload of the new politically-oriented film Elkxrtuk, “in any form,” with no explanation given for its decision. At the moment the film, produced by pro-government supporter Gábor Kálomista, can only be viewed in cinemas.
Elkxrtuk concerns the events of the political disturbances and riots of 2006 following Socialist Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány’s explosive speech in a party assembly, which is where the film gets its title from, and has been criticized for falsifying historical events.
