24.hu is reporting that in addition to János Lázár, Tibor Navracsics may also return as a member of Viktor Orbán’s fifth government, in a newly-created role as minister of EU affairs.
Navracsics, who recently won an individual seat in Parliament in the district around Veszprém, has held a number of positions in previous Orbán governments. In 2010, he was Minister of Public Administration and Justice, while also serving as Deputy Prime Minister. After the 2014 elections, he was briefly Minister of Foreign Affairs for three months before becoming a European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth, and Sport. [24.hu]
